• Provide assessment to purchased productive part suppliers to determine whether the suppliers' quality system is acceptable to support final approval sourcing decisions base on quality standards.
• Function as Purchasing Supplier quality role to liaise between Operation and the Supplier.
• Ensure purchased productive parks are approved and production ready.
• Work with procurement to assess and select new and qualified electrical suppliers.
• Provide technical resource support to Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering team.
• Supporting APAC plants in supplier quality issue under Product protocols.
• Manage and evaluate suppliers’ quality performance to ensure Continuous Improvement of Electrical parts quality.
• Provide technical resource and conduct quality workshops with suppliers.

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Electronics / Mechanical or Equivalent
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Minimum 5-15 years’ working experience in a Quality / Product Design Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferred or within similar field applications.
