Job Description:

• Install, set up, and test massage chairs at customer sites or company locations.
• Perform electrical and electronic wiring, connections, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repair and maintenance of massage chairs.
• Replace defective parts such as motors, control boards, wiring, and sensors.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Provide basic user guidance to customers after installation.
• Maintain service records and report technical manager
• Respond to service calls and attend on-site repairs when required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience in installation and repair work (preferably appliances or massage chairs).
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Willing to travel for on-site service.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
