Job Description:

- To supervise team members, e.g. Foremen or General workers

- To ensure understanding of project scope of works and drawing

- To check all materials ordering drawing/form before passing to suppliers or project admin

- To discuss drawing and brief site activities to site in charge person

- To attend urgent case and defects.

- To educate and brief all workers, foreman & supervisor on safety requirement

- To assist engineer for site meeting. (If necessary)

- To order material and control material usage

- To liaise with company driver for arrangement of transportation for workers site drop/pick up and arrange material collection

- Responsible for site survey, to do proposal & discussion with engineer to prepare shop drawing

- To provide idea in solving site installation issues

- To take responsibility of workers efficiency and effectiveness onsite

- To settle team members' concern and highlight to management

- To ensure workers maintain good relation with other contractors onsite

Requirements:

- Able to work well with others

- Fast learner, self motivated, good problem solving skills

- Positive attitude

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
