Project management and supervision

• Supervise and guide electricians and other electrical staff.

Safety and compliance

• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, industry standards, and company safety policies.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures, such as lockout/tagout and PPE usage.
• Train staff on safety regulations and new work methods.

Technical and administrative tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project documentation.
• Manage inventory of electrical supplies and assist with ordering.
• Assist with budget preparation and ensure projects stay within budget guidelines.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing permits and certificates.

Staff and team development

• Hire, train, and mentor junior electrical staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical support.
• Communicate effectively with staff and senior management.
