Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities effectively with clients and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead and supervise a team of workers to plan and complete tasks within the established schedule
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to rotary equipment and working machinery to maintain operational efficiency
• Adapt to flexible work schedules by supporting shutdown jobs during after-hours and weekends
