Job Description:

• Supervise air conditioning technicians during installation, servicing, and maintenance works.Diagnose and troubleshoot aircon system issues.
• Carry out inspection, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning units.
• Perform repair works or arrange part replacement when necessary.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and according to company standards.
• Guide and support technicians on technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Check completed work to ensure proper operation of the aircon system.
• Coordinate with customers or site teams to arrange servicing or repair schedules.
• Prepare simple service reports and update work progress.
• Fast learner, self motivated, good problem solving skills
• Positive attitude
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
