Job Summary

You will monitor and coordinate site progress, ensure safety compliance, read construction drawings, and supervise construction activities to deliver quality finishing works on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate site progress with internal and external teams to ensure work meets specifications and schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and finishing works
• Supervise construction activities to maintain quality and adherence to project plans

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least Primary/Secondary/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
• Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related construction field
