ey Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guiding, motivating, and directing team members to achieve targets.
- Operations Management: Overseeing daily workflow, scheduling, and ensuring tasks meet quality/deadline standards.
- Performance Management: Monitoring work, providing constructive feedback, conducting evaluations, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Training & Development: Onboarding new hires and coaching existing staff on skills and procedures.
- Communication: Serving as a liaison, relaying information between staff and senior management.
