Job Description:

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations at the site to ensure progress is in line with the project plan.

Monitor schedules, track project progress, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

Identify and resolve potential delays or issues that could impact project milestones.

Perform regular inspections and quality control checks.

Ensure documentation required for inspections, approvals, and project updates is properly maintained.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other documents

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Have experience in Timber Frame Work and Reinforced concrete structure
