Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production activities are carried out safely, efficiently and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production staff.
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Monitor productivity, quality standards and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company SOPs.
Train, coach and evaluate production workers.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and production supplies.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and purchasing departments.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure proper maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tools.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
