Supervise the dishwashers and cleaners at site
Maintain a sanitary environment at the dishwashing area
Operate high-temperature dishwashing machines (optional, but good to have knowledge)
Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Report any equipment breakdowns
ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
Ensure proper usage and handling of chemicals by workers
Ensure proper storage of cutlery and crockery
Assist to support cleaner who is on Medical Leave (MC) or any approved leave
Train new dishwashers to ensure that they are up to the quality standard required
Monitor and ensure workers are stable before allowing the new worker to go solo
Ensure dishwashers are comfortable and fairly treated on their site.
