Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Allocate resources, materials, and labor efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of site operations, deliveries, and inspections.
• Solve problems as they arise and adjust schedules or plans accordingly.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with maincontractors,suppliers, and clients as needed.
• Ensure site cleanliness, order, and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a foreman or similar role in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) preferred.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
