The role of the Studio Manager is to manage the daily operations of the Breathe Pilates studios to ensure their smooth and efficient function. Keeping your studios pristine, well stocked, and being an acting manager for the studio reps, leads, and cleaning staff to enforce standards, are all key duties to this role.

The Studio Manager should also keep good relationships with clients, contractors and instructors for all studios. . Being a knowledge base for and keeping Mindbody updated in regards to pricing and policy changes is the Studio Manager’s responsibility.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling classes, coordinating with instructors, and overseeing administrative tasks such as billing, payments, and client registrations.
  2. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.
  3. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising administrative staff. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing support for their professional development.
  4. Marketing and Promotion: working with the marketing team to ensure that promotions are effectively communicated to the target audience. This involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that highlight the studio's unique offerings, such as specialised classes, workshops, or membership benefits
  5. Facility Maintenance: Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the studio space and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
  6. Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory, including Pilates equipment, merchandise, and supplies. Ordering new inventory as needed and maintaining accurate records.
  7. Community Engagement: Building relationships with the local community, including other businesses, schools, and organisations. Organising events, workshops, or classes to engage with the community and promote the studio's services.
