We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Students'Admission & Services Manager to oversee the student admission process and deliver excellent student support throughout the student journey. The role ensures smooth admissions, high-quality student services, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end student admission and enrolment process.
• Provide accurate course information and admission advice to prospective students.
• Review admission documents and ensure all records are complete and compliant.
• Lead and supervise the Student Admission & Services team.
• Coordinate student onboarding, orientation, and administrative support.
• Handle student enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare admission reports.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth student experience.
• Ensure compliance with EduTrust, SWDA, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve admission processes and student services.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student admissions, student services, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the private education industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and student management systems.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
