Basic Salary:Up to $3000

Working Day: 5 Days per week

Working Hours: 1:00pm to 9:30pm (Wednesday to Friday) 

      8:30am to 6:30pm (Saturday & Sunday)

Location: Marine Parade

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors, and address enquiries on programmes, schedules, and fees accurately and professionally.

• Handle student enrolments, including registration, documentation, and fee collection

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and app messages in a timely manner.

• Maintain a clean and organised, and assist with filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

• Able to converse in conversational Chinese due to Chinese language school

Prior experience in customer service or admin will be highly advantageous
