Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to lead student recruitment for pre-university and diploma programmes. This role focuses on expanding global partnerships, exploring new markets, and achieving enrolment targets while guiding a sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow student recruitment

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve enrolment targets

• Build and maintain relationships with agents, schools, and partners

• Identify new markets and manage promotional activities

• Coordinate with admissions and academic teams for smooth enrolment processes

• Track performance and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Private Education Institution (PEI) sector

• Background in student recruitment, admissions, or education marketing

• Proven track record in achieving enrolment targets or sales KPIs

• Experience working with recruitment agents and international channels preferred

• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to participate in education fairs and occasional overseas travel
