Job Summary

Deliver engaging and effective lesson content to primary school children (Primary 1 to 6), ensuring their academic progress and safety during school-to-centre transfers. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s development and foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson content that engages primary school children and supports their learning objectives
• Supervise primary school children to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily homework assignments
• Implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of children during school dismissal and transfer to the student centre
• Monitor children’s behaviour and progress, communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates and address concerns
• Apply problem-solving skills to adapt teaching methods and address challenges in the learning process
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages children’s curiosity and love for learning

Required competencies and certifications

• WSQ Student-Care Certified
• Diploma or higher qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience teaching primary school children
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and caregivers
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving ability in educational settings
