Job Description

• Supervise students and ensure their safety, well-being, and discipline at all times

• Guide and support students in completing school homework and assignments

• Plan and conduct learning and enrichment activities that promote character development and life skills

• Conduct activities and lessons in English or Chinese, depending on teaching strengths

• Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress when required

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English (for English-focused teaching) or Chinese (for Chinese-focused teaching)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in student care or the education sector

• Genuine passion for working with children

• Good interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills
