Job Description:

• Participate in overall new built residential projects from the design stage to handover stage.
• Structural design and coordination with Architects, E&M consultants
• Responsible for the submission for the Hoarding, Demolition, Foundation and Superstructure Works.
• Monitor the overall project and construction progress.
• Manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities etc.)
• Prepare the tender document and pre-tender cost estimation for the foundation works.
• Ensure projects will be delivered within standard quality, schedule and budget.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Carry out structural analysis and design of building structures, foundation design.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• Ensure all legal requirements under Singapore laws are compiled and ensure all standard operating procedures comply with specifications quality standards statutory and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder of Structural / Civil Engineering or Construction related background
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring the structural site works of new built residential projects.
• With design experience and basement, ERSS, PPVC building experience.
• Familiar with costing, contract, regulations and building operations. Oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements.
• Able to handle AutoCAD or relevant drawings submission
• Proactive attitude with a sophisticated and logical mindset
