Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and refinement of long-term strategies, portfolio approaches, and investment strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.

• Generate insights on market developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions and support financial targets.

• Develop strategic narratives and materials for engagement with key stakeholders, including the Board and industry partners.

• Conduct analysis of global sector trends and competitive landscapes to shape long-term strategic direction.

• Support management in evaluating strategic opportunities requiring structured analysis and coordination.

• Oversee selected projects related to competitive intelligence, digital enablement, and ecosystem partnerships.

• Facilitate annual and periodic strategic review sessions and drive the corporate planning cycle.

• Track and report on performance against corporate targets and ensure clarity in deliverables for senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning.

• Prior experience in relevant sectors such as venture capital or private equity is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop clear, practical recommendations from complex issues.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior leaders.

• Proven stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional progress.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve high-quality outputs efficiently.
