The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with our client, a global technology platform, to hire a Strategic Partnerships Manager, Games Partnerships based in Singapore.
- This is a partner-facing role within the APAC Gaming Partnerships team, focused on managing and growing relationships with game developers, particularly in the Vietnam market. You will play a key role in supporting strategic partners to optimize their performance across gaming platforms, driving revenue growth and user acquisition.
- This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of gaming, technology, and partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations while directly influencing partner success.
The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in gaming, including roles in game operations, product management, game production, or partnerships/account management
- Strong experience managing external stakeholders, ideally game developers or platform partners
- Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, platforms, and industry trends
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and provide actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (required for managing Vietnam-based partners)
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with gaming platforms, live operations, or monetization strategies
- Background in both technical (product/operations) and commercial (partnerships/account management) roles
- Familiarity with instant games or similar platform ecosystems
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities for partners
- Curiosity and adaptability, including openness to leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
Job Description
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing key gaming partners and driving their success on the platform through strategic guidance, operational support, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with gaming partners, understanding their business goals and aligning them with platform capabilities
- Support partners in optimizing game performance, including revenue growth and user acquisition strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to developers, providing insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations
- Drive adoption of platform features and tools, working closely with partners to maximize value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, marketing, operations) to support partner needs and resolve issues
- Communicate product updates, feature enhancements, and platform changes effectively to partners
- Support testing and rollout of new features by coordinating with partners and internal teams
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including revenue and user growth
- Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market to enhance partner performance
- Support onboarding of new partners while maintaining a strong focus on existing relationships (approx. 80% account management, 20% new partner onboarding)
- Represent the organization in external meetings with partner stakeholders and provide thought leadership on gaming trends and platform capabilities
- Adapt quickly to a fast-evolving product landscape and communicate changes clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
