Responsibilities: 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden market reach. 

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at revenue growth. 

• Conduct engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams. 

• Analyze business performance metrics and provide recommendations for operational efficiency and improvement. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives and foster fruitful partnerships. 

• Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

• CMFAS certifications (M5, M6A, M6, M8, M8A, M1A) – completion or exemption required. 

• 2-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, client servicing, or sales. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong passion for networking. 

• Proven ability to deliver presentations and engage diverse audiences. 

• Knowledge of structured notes (Banking and Finance background) is advantageous. 

• Interest in investments and financial markets is a plus.
