They are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships, develop data-driven marketing strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is an 8-months contract hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage trusted relationships with strategic clients and agency partners, understanding their business objectives and growth priorities.
• Advise clients on full-funnel digital marketing strategies to improve campaign performance, ROI, and business growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and business data to identify insights, optimize strategies, and drive informed decision-making.
• Promote adoption of AI, automation, business messaging, and other enterprise solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Present strategic recommendations, performance insights, and business updates to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Measurement, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Ensure successful execution of client strategies while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in digital advertising, marketing strategy, consulting, account management, or client advisory.
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex business solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
