Job Description
- Manage daily store transaction.
- Checking physical condition and quantity. Process handing over & taking over document.
- Perform store keeping for items issued to workshops. Perform store keeping for individual workshops.
- Maintain proper records of all store transactions including filing and stock taking.
- Manage dispatch and receipt of documents and items purchased. Perform in SAP on service and good purchased.
- Monitor and sending lifting equipment for calibration and inspection, update records when the items have returned.
- Subjected to recall during urgent work requests and any other duties as assigned.
