Job Responsibilities:

• Full time station in store / yard and responsible for handling of daily operations
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming deliveries
• Track and manage day to day delivery schedule, inclusive of receiving/issuing Delivery Order (DO) documents
• Managing inventory and assisting in stock take (monthly / annually) physically.
• Assist in tagging on steel material (RFID tag)
• Maintain cleanliness / good housekeeping in store
• Proper filing of stock in/out documentation and data entry
• Able to compromise with construction timing, assist the operation site with all matters pertaining to the store / yard.
• Report to Operation Manager
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Welcome entry level. Training will be provided. Would be beneficial if have experience in construction stores/ warehouse / logistics operations
• Preferably with Forklift License
• Minimum GCE “N”/”O” level
• Basic knowledge in MS Office - Word & Excel, for updating inventory into the system
• Meticulous, organized and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently, a good team player with initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to handle heavy loads
• Willing to work overtime as and when there is night shipment (up to 10pm)
• Able to accept working in Tuas area
• Proficiency in English and Chinese Language is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately / within short notice

Others:

• 6 days work week, 9am to 6pm
• Overtime payment is given when been tasked
• AWS upon confirmation and pro-rated if service is less than a year.
• Performance Bonus subjected to individual and company’s performance.
