Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. The candidate should have prior storekeeping experience, be proficient in basic Excel, and be able to operate a forklift safely.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials

Ensure proper storage and labelling of all inventory items

Issue materials according to Delivery Orders (DO) / Work Orders

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in Excel system

Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams on stock requirements

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping

Handle loading and unloading of goods using forklift

Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant

Must be able to operate a forklift (valid forklift license preferred)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, stock tracking)

Familiar with warehouse processes, inventory control, and documentation

Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading activities

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and as part of a team
