About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. 

Responsibilities

• Receive daily stock replenishments from the company’s designated distribution centre.
• Verify quantities and inspect the condition of all incoming items to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform data entry to update and maintain the inventory management system.
• Issue spare parts to walk-in Service Engineers (SEs).
• Receive and process used parts returned by SEs for proper disposal.
• Supervise and issue parts to delivery personnel in accordance with operational requirements.
• Receive printers from walk-in customers for servicing and ensure proper documentation.
• Release serviced printers to walk-in customers upon collection.
• Maintain accountability for all inventory stored.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Prior experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control is an advantage
• Basic computer literacy (e.g. MS Excel, inventory systems)
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
