Note: This is a 1-year renewable contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept daily replenishment stocks from FBSG designated distribution centre.
• Check the correctness of quantity and inspect the condition of the items received from FBSG designated distribution centre.
• Carry out data entry to update inventory system
• Issue parts to walk in CSE
• Receive used parts from CSE for proper disposal
• Supervise and issue parts to delivery personnel
• Receive printer from walk in customer for servicing
• Issue printer to walk in customer
• Responsible for stocks carried in City Store
• Perform periodic stock takes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management or stock handling is preferred.
• Proficient in data entry with the ability to update inventory systems efficiently and accurately.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
