• Build strong customer relationships while handling inquiries and service recovery professionally
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activities, and brand developments
• Maintain operational compliance and uphold brand standards across all store activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail operations, supervisory, or assistant store management roles
• Passion for fashion retail and customer engagement
• Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
