Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, and housekeeping.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet business targets.
• Monitor store profitability, expenses, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays in line with company standards.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to maximize sales.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification (Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail Management is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including at least 3 years as a Store Manager.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and store operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
