We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium wellness boutique located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Monitor store KPIs, including sales performance, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and customer satisfaction.

• Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalised service and premium shopping experiences.

• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising standards, and overall store presentation.

• Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and customer engagement activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail best practices.

• Prepare sales reports, analyse store performance, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Store Manager, Boutique Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Manager position.

• Proven experience leading and developing retail teams in a customer-facing environment.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing store performance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Experience in premium retail, luxury retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, health supplements, or lifestyle brands will be highly advantageous.

• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
