About the Role
Adecco is partnering with a global retail brand to hire a Store Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Drive store sales through effective strategies and team performance
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance overall shopping experience
• Handle store administration and ensure compliance with company policies

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory/management experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
