Store Manager (Children’s Brand)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and improve customer experience
• Handle inventory management, stock control, and replenishment
• Perform visual merchandising according to brand standards
• Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Manage online orders and store systems using Shopify
• Maintain store housekeeping and product presentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a retail supervisory role
• Experience in using Shopify is an advantage
• Execute visual merchandising to maintain attrative product display
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in visual merchandising for retail stores
• Good inventory management and stock planning skills
• A team player with leadership ability and positive attitude
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
