Taka Cafe — Store Manager (Coffee Shop Management / Customer Service / Team Leadership)
Location: Taka, Singapore
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Train, motivate, and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations with quick and effective solutions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Foster a positive team culture and lead employees to achieve collective success
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service mindset
• Proven team leadership and management abilities
• Experience in coffee shop or F&B management, familiar with operational processes preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
