We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art & Craft Production Assistant to join our team.

This role focuses on embroidery work and other related craft production tasks. You will be part of a fun and growing team that produces customized and personalized gifts for customers.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery machines and equipment to produce customized designs on various products (e.g., apparel, tote bags, sweaters, etc.)
• Prepare and set up materials before production (e.g., threading, hooping, stabilizing fabric).
• Inspect embroidery work to ensure high quality and accuracy according to customer design.
• Assist in minor finishing work such as trimming threads, ironing, packing, and quality checks.
• Follow daily production schedules and meet order deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the embroidery work area.
• Assist with other art & craft production tasks when required (e.g., vinyl cutting, heat pressing, packing).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience or interest in embroidery or craftwork (training will be provided).
• Good attention to detail and steady hands.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive working attitude and good time management.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
