Job Summary

Steersman to safely navigate and manoeuvre our diving boats within waterways and ports of Singapore. You will work closely with the Operation and Port Authorities to ensure smooth and compliant vessel operations.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and steer vessels safely within Singapore waterways and ports while following MPA and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with Operation and Port Authorities to maintain smooth vessel operations
• Perform routine vessel maintenance including cleanliness and equipment checks to ensure operational readiness
• Identify and report operational faults or equipment defects promptly to maintain safety and functionality
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Support maritime operations as required to assist the team in daily activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid MPA Steersman Certificate

• Maintain physical fitness to work comfortably outdoors and perform vessel-related tasks
• Demonstrate punctuality and strong organizational skills to support operational efficiency
