Job Scope

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end steel fabrication process, including cutting, welding, and assembly

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customised solutions

• Supervise and train a team of skilled fabrication team

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity and efficiency

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in steel fabrication processes, tools, and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards
