1. Assist with the installation, testing, and on-site management of stage equipment (lighting, sound, props, etc.)
2. Coordinate with client needs and adapt flexibly to temporary changes in the performance schedule
3. Participate in the full execution of the performance, including material procurement, personnel coordination, and logistical support
