Job Summary

LC Nursing Home seeks a Staff Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality geriatric nursing care while collaborating effectively with the care team to enhance resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to geriatric residents in accordance with MOH and SNB standards to ensure safety and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address residents’ health needs
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status regularly, identifying changes and escalating concerns promptly to support timely interventions
• Demonstrate professionalism and genuine concern by providing courteous, empathetic support to residents and their families
• Contribute positively to team dynamics by maintaining a cooperative attitude and supporting colleagues in daily nursing operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board
• Registration as a nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) standards of nursing practice

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a hospital setting.
