Job Description

• Performance clinical duties such as

- Medication management and medication packing;

- Post-surgical wound management;

- Insertion of nasogastric tube;

- Care of Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) tube and dressing;

- Wound management (Stage I to Stage IV wounds711);

- Urinary catheter care and change of female urinary catheters;

- Tracheostomy care and dressing;

- Stoma care – colostomy and ileostomy care;

- Care of nephrostomy tube and dressing;

- Assistance with bowel elimination (e.g. enema or insertion of suppositories, as ordered by a physician; and

- Post-procedural medication administration, as ordered by medical personnel (Only applicable for clients who are not already enrolled in the centre’s day care programmes and are living alone or unable to take medication on their own.)

• Precept new staff in clinical matters
• Assist in Audit

Job Requirement

• Minimum a Diploma in nursing.
• Registered nurse with SNB.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
