Salary: $2800 - $4000
Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8am - 6pm
Working Location: Bukit Batok Street

Responsibilities:

• Deliver client-centric and compassionate in nursing care according to clients’ needs and conditions.
• Monitor, assess and evaluate client’s condition to implement a care plan.
• Perform clinical procedure (e.g. NGT insertion, catheterization etc.) as and when required.
• Observe and assess the health of the clients, monitor vitals and reactions to treatment and medications; look for changes in behaviour and condition.
• Follow up the ensure continuity of clients care plan.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered with SNB
• At least 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in eldercare sector
• Travel to other sites / centres to support when required
