Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, degrease, sandblast, and mask parts to ensure optimal paint adhesion and protect unpainted areas.
• Paint Mixing: Measure and mix paints, thinners, and catalysts according to Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to achieve the correct color, viscosity, and chemical properties. [1]
• Coating Application: Operate industrial spray equipment (e.g., HVLP guns, airless sprayers) to apply primers, base coats, and top coats uniformly across metal, plastic, or composite surfaces.
• Curing & Oven Operation: Manage and monitor the curing process in industrial ovens to ensure coatings harden correctly without defects.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished items for surface imperfections (e.g., runs, sagging, peeling) and conduct thickness or durability tests.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean spray guns, hoses, and paint booths regularly, and perform routine maintenance on ventilation and exhaust systems.
