We Are Seeking: Enthusiastic educators with a flair for football and multisports, who are driven by the joy of working with preschool-aged children. This is more than a job; it's a chance to impart essential movement skills that will benefit children for life, cultivate a love for sports, and encourage a healthy, active lifestyle away from screens.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) engaging with preschool-aged children in a sports, educational, or coaching capacity.
• Qualifications: A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or Sports Science, or a FA Level 1 coaching qualification (or equivalent).
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically active and capable of demonstrating sports skills.
• Availability: Ability to work weekends and at various locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Tinytots multisport and football coaching sessions at our partner venues and schools.
• Participate in curriculum development, ensuring a progressive and engaging learning experience.
• Evaluate and assess program effectiveness and children's progress.
• Provide mentorship to junior coaches, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Tinytots programs.
