Job Description

• Deliver consistent professional spa services in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.
• Cooperate with and report to supervisor on any arising issues.

Requirements

• Communication and customer service skills
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays
