Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services

• Able to work 5 to 6 days per week including no rest days on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times

• Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory

• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Assist in all reception duties as and when required

• Passionate and diligence at work

• Willing to learn even with no experience
