Job duties and responsibilities:

· Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met.

· Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records.

· Deliver a variety of facial/ massage services in a safe and comfortable manner.

· Meet sales goals/ targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

· Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations.

· Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.

· Uphold hygiene and follow health and hygiene regulations.

· Ensure that all purchased services/ products are not under cost.

· Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment. (i.e. refrain from burning/ injure customers)

· Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

- Able to commit to working on weekends/public holidays.
