Purpose of Role and Objectives:
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization across all spa facilities. This role ensures that all spa areas, treatment rooms, and facilities are consistently well-presented, fully stocked, and prepared for guest use.

The incumbent will support daily spa operations by managing basic reception duties, replenishing amenities, assisting with room preparation, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience through attentive service and proactive support.

Essential Job Scope:

-- Operational Support

• Support daily spa operations with flexibility according to business needs
• Open and close the spa in accordance with standard operation procedures
• Assist with basic reception tasks and/or treatment room setup, turnover and end-of-day closing duties

-- Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across all spa areas
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, treatment rooms and common areas regularly
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal
• Uphold all sanitation and sterilization standards in compliance with regulations

-- Bathhouse management

• Prepare sauna cabins with clean towels and ensure readiness at all times
• Provide guests with spa robes and slippers
• Ensure a continuous supply of clean towels, bathmats and amenities
• Remove and replace used towels and bathmats promptly
• Maintain water dispensers and replenish cups/tumblers as needed
• Assist with stock-taking and inventory control when required

-- Linen & Inventory

• Ensure bathhouse, treatment rooms and spa areas are consistently stocked with linen and amenities
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of amenities and supplies
• Assist with stock-taking and inventory control when required

-- Guest Experience

• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Handle complaints with empathy, discretion and a solutions-oriented approach
• Ensure all guest issues are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner
• Record and report guests feedback, incidents or concerns to management

-- Team & Communication

• Work independently while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude
• Attend and actively participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Communicate effectively with team members and management on operational matters
• Report any incidents involving guests or colleagues that require attention
