A reputable company in the manufacturing/industrial sector is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join their team. This role is suitable for candidates with purchasing or sourcing experience who enjoy vendor coordination and procurement operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and expedite goods and services from suppliers, contractors, and service providers

• Handle daily sourcing requests from production and internal departments

• Review purchase requisitions and ensure proper approvals before issuing RFQs

• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, proposals, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications

• Conduct price comparisons and commercial bid evaluations for approval

• Prepare and issue purchase orders through the purchasing system

• Follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely supply of materials and services

• Maintain accurate procurement records and system entries

• Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain good vendor relationships

• Support other procurement-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience

• Familiar with RFQ process, supplier negotiation, and purchase order management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
