Job Description:

• Lead demand and supply reconciliation by managing the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning sales forecasts with manufacturing capabilities

• Facilitate consensus between Sales, Finance, and Operations to establish a unified build plan

• Evaluate the impact of major Engineering Changes (ECO) on inventory, supplier commitments, and production lead times to determine optimal implementation windows

• Establish and manage strategic stock levels for all components and sub-assemblies, including long lead-time (LLT) items

• Formulate procurement strategies and risk-buy authorizations to ensure timely availability of critical parts

• Perform scenario simulations and risk analysis to assess market volatility or supply chain disruptions, providing actionable recommendations

• Maintain executive-level dashboards and track S&OP performance metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Plan Attainment, and Inventory Health

• Identify and resolve gaps in the planning process and drive enhancements to ERP/MRP systems for improved automation and accuracy

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning

• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel functions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
