Job Description

We are exclusively partnering with a leading technology and digital solutions provider to hire two Solution Sales Specialists (Senior and Junior levels) as part of the continued growth of its Smart Infrastructure and Sustainability Solutions business. This is a client-facing, hunter-focused sales role suited for individuals who enjoy developing new business opportunities and helping organisations leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and user experience. The team delivers solutions across smart facilities, IoT, analytics, connected infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives for customers across commercial real estate, hospitality, financial services, and enterprise sectors.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities by selling technology-enabled solutions including:

  • Smart building and smart facility solutions

  • IoT sensors and connected devices

  • Video surveillance and analytics platforms

  • Smart access control, smart door locks and visitor management systems

  • Energy monitoring and sustainability solutions

  • Infrastructure monitoring and operational analytics

  • Real-time monitoring and digital operations platforms

This role is focused primarily on new business acquisition, supported by dedicated account management teams. Candidates should be comfortable prospecting, developing opportunities, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute new business sales strategies across enterprise and industry sectors.

  • Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities within smart infrastructure, IoT and sustainability solutions.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.

  • Conduct consultative sales engagements with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Translate customer challenges into practical technology solutions and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product and project teams to develop compelling solution proposals.

  • Lead customer presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.

  • Stay current on industry developments across smart buildings, facilities management, IoT, analytics and sustainability technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B technology or solution sales.

  • Strong track record in hunting and closing new business opportunities.

  • Experience selling solutions rather than standalone products.

  • Exposure to one or more of the following areas:

    - IoT and connected devices

    - Smart buildings and facilities management

    - Video analytics and surveillance solutions

    - Sustainability and energy management technologies

    - Operational technology (OT)

    - Smart infrastructure solutions

  • Ability to engage both business and technical decision-makers.

  • Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Building Services or similar) would be advantageous.

  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
